TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Many Projects Collective Ltd
Effective date: 23 October 2025
1. WHO WE ARE
The website (the “Site”) is operated by The Many Projects Collective Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our contact details: hello@themanyprojectscollective.com; The Many Projects Collective Ltd, 31 Horsefair Close, Stowmarket, IP14 5SB, United Kingdom
2. SCOPE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms govern your use of the Site, purchases of products (online and in person), and bookings for public workshops (open to the public) and private workshops (organised for a specific group/company at a chosen venue).

By accessing the Site or placing an order/booking, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18+ to place an order or make a workshop booking. If you book on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.
4. PRODUCTS: CRAFT KITS & SUPPLIES
-
4.1 Descriptions & Pricing: We try to ensure product images, descriptions and prices are accurate; minor variations may occur (e.g., colours, component brands). Prices include UK VAT where applicable and are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or correct errors at any time before acceptance of your order.
-
4.2 Ordering & Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send an order confirmation/dispatch notice. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes) and will refund any payment taken.
-
4.3 Payment: Online payments are processed by Wix Payments; we don’t store full card details. In-person payments may be taken by card or other methods we make available.
-
4.4 Delivery: We ship via Royal Mail and Evri within the UK (and other carriers/regions if offered at checkout). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes on delivery; title passes once paid in full.
-
4.4 Click & Collect / In-Person Sales: Where offered, collection windows will be stated at purchase. Keep your receipt/confirmation for collection.
5. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS (DISTANCE SALES)
For most online purchases, UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email us within 14 days; you then have 14 more days to return items in resaleable condition (unused, with all components/packaging). You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or misdescribed. We’ll refund the product price (and the least-cost standard delivery, where applicable) to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of posting.

Exclusions: We can’t accept returns of sealed items once unsealed if not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons, customised/made-to-order items, or digital downloads once access is provided.

This section does not apply to workshop bookings—see Section 6 (events have different rules).
6. WORKSHOPS & EVENTS (PUBLIC AND PRIVATE)
-
6.1 What's included: Each workshop listing/quote sets out what’s included (e.g., tuition, venue, materials). We may make minor content/facilitator changes that don’t materially affect the experience.
-
6.2 Age, accessibility & health: Some workshops may have age or experience requirements; please check the listing/quote. Tell us about any access, allergy or health needs in advance; we’ll try to accommodate within reason. Participants must follow safety instructions; we may refuse participation if we believe it’s unsafe.
-
6.3 Your cancellation rights (leisure services exemption): Workshops held on a specific date or period are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off right for distance sales (leisure services with a specific date). If you can’t attend, we’ll try to help:
-
Public workshops: You may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge. If you email us at least 7 days before the event, we’ll try to move you to another session subject to availability.
-
Private workshops: Deposits are non-refundable once dates are confirmed. Balance payments follow the cancellation scale below.
-
-

Ticket transfers: You can give your ticket to someone else at any time—just email us their name.

14+ days before your workshop: free move to another date/session (subject to availability). Refunds are not guaranteed, but if we resell your place we may refund the ticket price.
-
7–13 days before: we’ll try to move you if we can fill your place; otherwise no refund. Name transfer always allowed.
-
Under 7 days / no-show: non-refundable and non-moveable. Name transfer still allowed right up to the start time.
-
-
Statutory cooling-off: Workshops that take place on a specific date are exempt from the usual 14-day distance-selling cooling-off period (leisure services exemption).

-
-
Headcount changes: Reductions after we’ve purchased materials or within 7 days of the event are charged at the quoted minimum numbers.
-
-
If we cancel or reschedule (e.g., facilitator illness, low enrolment, venue issues), you can choose a new date or a full refund of the ticket/fee you paid. We’re not responsible for your travel/accommodation or other indirect costs.
-
6.4 Venues & third parties: For off-site/private venues, you’re responsible for ensuring venue suitability (tables, lighting, access, power, cleanup, any licensing) unless we’ve agreed to provide them. Where a venue imposes costs/damages due to your group’s actions, those costs may be chargeable to you.
7. FAULTY OR MISDISCRIBED ITEMS
You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us promptly. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as required by law.
8. GIFT CARDS & E-VOUCHERS
Unless stated otherwise, gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase, are non-refundable once delivered, and can’t be exchanged for cash. Lost/stolen cards can’t be replaced.
9. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions and codes are subject to stated terms, can’t be combined unless stated, don’t apply to shipping, gift cards, or workshops unless specified, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
10. USER CONDUCT & CONTENT
Please use the Site lawfully. Don’t post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove content or suspend access for misuse.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, logos, photographs, videos, and workshop materials are our intellectual property (or used with permission). You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written consent. Workshop instructions and handouts are for personal use only unless we agree otherwise.
12. REVIEWS & SUBMISSIONS
If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for marketing and operational purposes (you retain ownership).
13. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that can’t be limited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for (a) indirect or consequential losses, (b) loss of profits, business or goodwill, or (c) events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order/booking.
14. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)
We aren’t responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, transport disruption, strikes, pandemics, venue closures). We’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange alternatives, postponement, or refund as appropriate.
15. PERSONAL DATA & COOKIES
We handle your personal data per our Privacy Policy (see Site footer). This includes details on Wix, Wix Payments, Royal Mail/Evri, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel processing.
16. COMPLAINT & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We aim to resolve issues quickly—email hello@themanyprojectscollective.com. Consumers in the UK can also seek advice from Citizens Advice. Nothing affects your statutory rights.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time (e.g., for legal or operational reasons). The version/date above applies to your order/booking; we’ll post updates on the Site.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
