  • 4.1 Device & usage data: IP address, browser/device type, OS, time zone, referring/exit pages, pages viewed and interactions, collected via cookies, pixels and similar tech.

  • 4.2 Order & account data: Name, billing/shipping address, email, phone, items purchased, limited payment details (full card numbers are not stored by us).

  • 4.3 Communications & support: Details you send us (e.g., name, email, message) and our correspondence.

  • 4.5 Marketing preferences: Contact details and preferences if you opt into emails or texts.

  • 4.6 Cookies/Similar tech: Necessary, functional, analytics and advertising cookies/pixels. See Section 10.​​

    • Delivery & logistics: Royal Mail and Evri

    • Analytics: Google Analytics and SEMRUSH

    • Advertising (if used): Google Ads and Meta (via Meta Pixel)

    • IT/hosting, customer service, and email/SMS tools

  • Legal/Compliance where required by law or to protect rights, users or the public.

  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition or asset sale (we’ll notify you where required).​​

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Our providers may process/store Personal Data outside the UK/EEA (e.g., the US, Israel or other locations). Where transfers occur, we use lawful transfer mechanisms (such as adequacy decisions and/or standard contractual clauses) and appropriate safeguards.​

  • Do Not Track: There’s no industry standard for DNT; we do not respond to DNT signals.​​

We keep Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy and to meet legal obligations. Order-related records are retained for 6 years (to satisfy tax/accounting requirements). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or it becomes inactive for a reasonable period.​

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object (including to direct marketing), and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details above. We will verify and respond as required by law.

We do not sell Personal Data for money. If our use of advertising cookies/pixels constitutes a “sale” or “sharing,” you can opt out via the cookie banner or by contacting us. If needed, we can provide a “Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information” mechanism.​

13. CHILDREN

The Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children.​

14. SECURITY

We use administrative, technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to help protect Personal Data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.​

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated version with a new Effective Date.
