Service Description
The world is loud. Your brain is a browser with 50 tabs open. You're tired of "live, laugh, love" self-care that doesn't actually work. This is the antidote. The Wintering Self-Care Survival Kit is a hands-on workshop from The Many Projects Collective, designed for our "calm in chaos" mission. We'll show you how to use your most primal sense—smell—as a practical tool to anchor your brain and reclaim your focus. This isn't about making "perfect" things. It's about a 'no-rules' process. We give you the "Anti-Rulebook," the raw materials, and the blueprints to build your own sensory toolkit. [WHAT YOU'LL DO: THE SET LIST] This is a high-value, restorative session, split into three satisfying activities. THE LIGHT: Hand-roll honey-scent beeswax candles. A simple, tactile, grounding warm-up to get you in the zone. THE SOAK: Become a "scent alchemist" at our chaotic-good Blending Bar. We'll provide the salts, luxury powders, and wild herbs for you to mix an intuitive, custom bath soak. THE SCENT: Build your personal 2-part 'Scent Kit'. We'll guide you through "DIY Formulas" to craft two distinct aromatherapy rollerballs (using your 10ml amber bottles) that you can use as portable, on-the-go anchors. [WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH: YOUR KIT] You don't just leave with a feeling. You leave with a physical kit of tools, made by you, for you: Your hand-rolled Beeswax Candles Your custom 'Wild Herb & Salt' Bath Soak Your 2-part 'DIY Scent Kit' (two 10ml rollerballs) The 'DIY Formulas' & 'Why' Zine A new set of brain hacks for managing sensory noise. [THE VIBE] This is an ADHD-forward, neurodivergent-friendly, and fully inclusive space. We are anti-perfection, pro-process, and here for the beautifully distractible. [LOGISTICS] Duration: 2.5 hours Includes: All materials, tools, and your take-home kit.
